Nightingale is the most fashion sensitive person of her home, her love for letting yourself shine showing itself brightly in both her aesthetic and the way she aids her “siblings” own fashion.
Nightingale’s own fashion is as fierce and vibrant as herself, her favorite outfits always containing vibrant, deep reds and varying shades of black. She tends to use the reds as under pieces, saving the loud colors for her blouses and shoes. The blouses she chooses are elegant and frilly. She seems to lean towards blouses with high necks and with sleeves that at least reach her elbows, but she is seen wearing sleeveless blouses as well.
She does wear one-pieces at times, but Nightingale loves vest and high-waisted, puffy skirts. These skirts tend to be shorter, but are also frilly and exciting like the rest of her outfit.
Nightingale’s skirts and vests have gold accents more often than not, as she loves warm tones and feels it makes a statement. Even the buttons on her skirts are heart shaped, she really leaves no detail unnoticed.
Her vests usually have white accents on them to match other parts of the outfit, most noticeably around the breast area and on the odd collars that she had chosen for her outfits. Nightingale loves the fanning collars on her vests, matching that of a queen. These statement pieces are diamond plush patterned and white, accented with gold and black frills. You will see her with these odd collars frequently.
Nightingale is in love with accessories, the accents and set pieces matter a lot to her. Because of this, she wears little things like her fancy heart brooches and flashy wrist cuffs. She loves heart themed jewelry, crystals that are red are her favorite, but she also loves vibrant sky blues as well. When she’s in a form that allows her ears to show, you can guarantee that she will be wearing earrings. These earrings are just as you imagine, flashy, in your face, and a statement in their own right. She loves ear cuffs specifically, usually picking ones with winged themes. These wing earrings are frequently embedded with those vibrant crystals she’s fond of, usually in the shape of hearts or diamonds.
Nightingale also loves ribbons. A bit too much, if one were being honest. There are always ribbons on her person, usually on or around her neck in the form of neckpieces or chokers. But there is one place that they are always at with no fail, and that is her hair. Nightingale has two large bows tied into her hair on both sides of her head. Even in less “cute” or elegant outfits, the bows decorate her hair all the same. You’re sure to find bows elsewhere on her outfits, be it as accents to wrist cuffs or to her shoes. Sometimes she even has them lining the hem of her skirt.
Nightingale’s bows always seem to stay in the darker ranges of color, but you will find she won’t shy away from wearing red bows or gold ones. Though, she wears red ones less for the sole reason of her hair being that vibrant reddish orange.
The final piece of any good outfit is the leg and footwear, and Nightingale does not skimp out on this category either. She always has black, vertical stripped tights she wears to properly accent the leg wear she usually sports. Nightingale loves spats and leg warmers, the fancy legwear stark against the black of her stockings and the deep red of her shoes. The white spats and leg warmers she wears are decorated with small amount of gold while the frills and buttons that may be there being black. The buttons match her skirts in the way that she likes them to be heart shaped.
Nightingale’s shoes are always tall and block heeled. She loves interesting mary-janes, with the ones she wears having odd features such as having shaped holes in the heel or being multiple colors. Red and black shoes are her favorite, but she won’t turn down white shoes if given the chance.
Nightingale always has gloves on. In fact, she doesn’t show skin often. Her gloves reach up past her elbows and stop just below her shoulder; it’s clear this is more of an attempt to hide her scars rather than just another piece of her outfit. But, she makes them seem seamless regardless, the base white color is offset by the black colored fingers it has and is broken up by the heart cut-out on the hands. The heart cut-out still doesn’t show skin, as it is stocking material, and the heart shape is framed by small lace detailing. Her color choice for her gloves seems to change from time to time, but the detail of different colored fingers and heart cut-outs always seems to stay.
Nightingale’s outfits can often be described as “wonderland”-ish, matching the colors and whimsy one might find in the Queen of Hearts. The elegant nature is still underlined by an inherit cuteness, something all her outfits seem to carry no matter what they look like. Perhaps it’s her in her very nature rather than just her outfits.
